Hello there,


If i ingest superfood (in liquid form), I was wondering how long it will stay in my stomach for? is it likely to stay there for under 30 mins, like water, or 2-3 hours like food. or somewhere in between?

i need this info becuase i take superfood and i need to take something on an empty stomach.

Also, if i have eaten some food, how long is it best to wait until taking superfood? i know you shouldn't take water with food, not sure if superfood was the same?
