Several years ago I grated garlic, mixed it with petrolum jelly and applied it to the bottom of my feet. This was bound with strips of cotton cloth. Over that I wore cotton socks. I did this before bed time and wore it over night. The following day I noticed a BIG difference in my sinuses. I had airways I never realised were there! [This is also from Dr. Christopher.]
