Forgot to mention the following :

a) Apart from the diet routine that I have detailed earlier, I have taken 3 bottles of Dr. Schulze 's Echinacea plus in 3 days as advised by Dr.Schulze for degenerative diseases (1 oz as a shot drink first time, followed by 3 dropperfuls every waking hour for 3 days). I plan to do this 2 more times with 5 days break each time.

b) I also have another symptom: shorness of breath.

Please advise.
