Hi Dr. Schulze :

First I want to say that your Intestinal Formula #1 has been a godsend for me!! Thank you!! I am, however, having a reaction to the Superfood. I get a reaction like one gets when one takes niacin. Should I just keep using it? I am allergic to barley and I think that is why I am getting these flush-type reactions.

I also wanted to ask about a friend of mine. She has diabetes and takes pills not insulin. She would prefer to be a vegetarian but says she gets pretty sick (her Sugar levels markedly increase) when she ingests too many carbohydrates. She is really, really frustated and is bascially feeling crappy all the time. She says that she has chronic fatigue syndrome. She is 50-years-old and is starting the menopause with heavy periods also. She complains that she is very tired all the time, and I feel she exhibits signs of depression. How can she get herself into a better state of health? Thank you, K.C.
