I have had reactions to the Superfod and attribute it to the barley in it. You may be allergic to barley. The Intestinal Formula #1 has worked really well for me. My mother has had migraines all her life. She really has to watch everything she eats. Really look at your diet, especially with respect to dairy products, chocolate, and nuts. My mother does not even do well with avocados. I hope this information helps you.
