I posted a message in another area, but I thought I'd put it here also. When doing the five day liver cleanse, are you supposed to have bowel movements? Also, I got bad headaches the first two days, and had a little fruit because I just couldn't stand the pain (or naseousness). I am on the third day of the juice fast, and I feel fine, though I haven't had a BM today, and not much yesterday. Will it start again once the food is incorporated, on the fifth day? I'm concerned because I have gall stones, and I would really like to flush some of them out!!!!! I did the intestinal cleanse a couple of weeks ago, and continue to take one or two of the formula #1 in the evenings.

By the way, where is the office moving to? Same city?
