I have been doing enemas for a few years.....it seems to be the only thing to relieve me. I know i am only masking the problem, my question is this.....is it possible to have done too many and cause damage to my colon? I have a never ending feeling of inflammation or swelling, i cant seem to eat any food...and i mean any food without getting swelling, i feel like i dont want to eat anymore, but obviously have no choice. I have a good diet wchich consists of a lot of fruit and veggies. I am wondering if i damaged my colon from too many coffee enemas. I have been told to completely stay away from them. Somebody please help me, i am going out of my mind trying to fix the problem. thx
