I am 41 years old, a bit over weight and having TERRIBLE attacks of being flushed. Seems only to be my upper body, mostly face and neck but EXTREMELY bothersome. I have been having this happen repeated times during the day for about a week and a half. I don't know a lot about doing things naturally but am learning and EXTREMELY receptive to any information out there. Through research I have found that the shape of your tongue can give indications of different things, mine is VERY much an "hour glass" shape, which according to the research says-hormone imbalance. I have noticed this becoming more defined in the last few weeks as well...any help
