To Bob Mantz:

You got rid of your cervical cancer, YAHOO!

Do Female Tonic, 2 dropperfuls, 3x per day. No one has ever done that for 4 months and not gotten pregnant, as long as they were following all the programs. Nutrition, vegan diet (hormones in meat will throw your system off), etc. You need to know when you ovulate. That is helpful - get a kit if you need.

Make sure both of you REALLY want to have a child. Are you under financial pressure or other stress? Both must be hot and heavy into wanting this.

Do a bowel cleanse, all my Foundational Formulaes (link to Schulze above, _BOB).

Pap Smears irritate the cervix. I believe it can cause cancer. Stop them and stay away from doctors. My patients didn't need surgery to heal that and you are a perfect example of that!!
