Dear Dr. Schulze - I'm 28, and in a long-term monogamous relationship. My girlfriend has been on the pill for many years now but feels like it is jeopardizing her health. We are looking into alternatives, but the IUD seems to have worse side effects than the pill, and the diaphragm and condoms don't provide enough long term protection against pregnancy. I'm willing to get a vasectomy, but I've heard that getting one when you're young can lead to all sorts of horrible problems. Any advice?

P.S. - You're the best. I've been following your programs and taking your herbal formulas for eight years now and I continue to get in better health as I get older!
