Thank you in advance for honoring us with answers to our questions. I have been cleansing since 1980. I started with Sonne's, then went on to Bernard Jensen 's "Ultimate Tissue Cleansing Fast" and gradually evolved towards a combination of Jensen's and your Bowel Cleanse and now pretty much just do yours with some chlorella thrown in between drinks. Question: How come BJ prescribed so much supplementation (chlorella, beet juice, wheat germ oil, vitamin C, pancreatin, etc.) whereas you basically have no supplementation at all between the drinks? I sure feel less hungry with all that stuff going down every 3 hours in between the psyllium and Bentonite drinks. Also, would you please talk about distilled vs. high alkaline water. I am a huge fan of yours and Sang Wangs. Many thanks to you and your crusade.
