Well the only point relevant to you maybe. I observe this frequently on these fora. If you ask the wrong question you can't hope to gain useful insights. You might as well ask what's the chemical formula of a cat?

There are so many flaws with the theory that the green blobs are gallstones. The volume of green blobs produced. The size of the green blobs. The physicochemical characteristics of the green blobs. With what is known about the biliary system it is apparent that the green blobs cannot be gallstones, even without the chemical analysis provided by that Lancet paper.
