What this article fails to address is the safety of these 'miniscule amounts' on the individual. I imagine that a person's makeup will greatly affect their own 'safe' level, just as washing my hands with tap-water causes me to break out in eczema whereas for most people this isn't a problem. There are 'safe' levels of chlorine and fluoride in the water - not safe for me, however.
