have you ever read the famous quote (from Paracelsus I think) about the difference between a medicine and a poison being a matter of dose? since fluoride is a constituent of natural water supplies do you consider nature's supplies of water to be a "deadly poison"?

how about iron? terrible stuff in overdose, one of the most difficult poisons to treat. causes gastritis, cirrhosis, diabetes etc. should we avoid iron too?
