Grog, I have yet to see something "reasonable" posted by you. You either copy and paste a full length article with no comments, or slander like crazy, expecting everyone to have your back. Is this not forcing consensus?

Yes, this looks a lot like blind hate to me. Grog you should read up about the 1938 Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act as well as the 1962 "Kefauver Amendments" to the Act. Following the elixir sulfanilamide and thalidomide tragedies, these laws provided strict guidelines for the pharmaceutical industry.
