if we put all of the stuff in our bodies that we where told to, we would all be dead. eating food from the grocery store is bad enough. chock full of dyes, and preservatives . eating out is even worse. my remedy, grow your own organic garden, using vinegar water as your only pesticide. get your meat from a local farm, that is fresh. get milk for a cow on that farm. i know we all dont have access to this, but, thats what i am working on, already feeling better. even my fibromyalgia is better. getting rid of all of the impurities naturally. like our parents always said, eat right, get plenty of exercise and fresh air, and plenty of rest. its not a cure all, but its a start to a healthy body. god bless, cloe
