Hi again LisaK! I'm not sure if anyone will see this message. You might want to post a question on the new forum (#15) asking for experiences with keeping weight off.

You may get a reply from so.cal, but many people only check the boards around the time of their MC, so posting it to everyone may get your answer sooner.

This is my first MC, so I can't answer your question, but I have done 5 day juice fasts, and I have gained weight back both times. 2-3 pounds would be from the food being added back into the digestive tract. The rest was from "pigging out"! I am hoping to use my Master-Cleanse to change to a healthy raw diet.
