Be careful customizing the MC!
I had 2 grapefruits in the fridge and since no one else in the house eats them but me
and they would go bad before I get off the MC, I decided to juice them.
I mixed only 1/2 cup of juice with a glass of water and drank it.
Big Mistake!
6 hours later---Burning Diarrhea!
I'm on Day 10, have lost 9 pounds and have had no other problems and feel great.
Just thought ya'll might need a warning.
