Altho I'm not religeous, I do believe in treating other things the way you would like to be treated and my body has always been good to me so I should treat it well in return. The first day tho ... especially when I work with people (there's only three others in the office) that buy cakes and lollies and things and just give them to you without asking. When I say no, they say things like I shouldn't be on a diet, I don't need to lose weight etc. That's only because apart from the only male here, I'm the thinnest. It's sad tho .. I've tried to explain it but it doesn't get me anywhere.
I also have a friend staying and she's just had her stomach stapled to combat her growing waist. She has a lot of trouble seeing me saying no to food because that's something she could never do.

So yes, I will be stong and I will try again starting tomorrow! (already had breakfast today)
