1. Don't take asprin. Try the peppermint oil (listed at the end of Master-Cleanse info) and deep breathing.
2. I am on day 8. I took the laxative tea for the first 6 nights and had no BMs at all (and that is with alot of attempts - pushing)
until 30 minutes after I would do the salt water flush in the morning.
Then for the next 3-4 hours, that fluid (and everything else - toxins) would come out.
Then no more BMs until the next salt water flush the next morning.
For the past 2 days, I have not had the tea, but instead I do another salt water flush at noon. (Which takes some planning
since you need to be near a bathroom for a few hours.)
Now I have more BMs which means more toxins are GONE!
