P&B shakes are psyllium and Bentonite shakes. It's a very good idea to drink these with your Master Cleanse. Start out with one a day, then if that goes well, increase to two shakes a day (one in morning, one before bed). I've heard people take up to four a day but I have no personal experience in that area so can't comment on that much. The Bentonite absorbs toxins and the fiber of psllium brushes your colon out so they're an excellent team for cleansing.
Bottled water is so much cheaper by the gallon as opposed to those little bottles. Or those double-sized large jugs are an even better buy. How about one of those little Brita water filter thingies? I've seen a lot of people use those and are happy with them. And I wonder if you could maybe boil the water you do have? I don't know if that is good enough for getting the chlorine out or not, though. You'd have to look into it. I've also heard that if you put a jug of tap water in the fridge for a few hours, the chlorine evaporates out of it or something (though I've always been able to taste the chlorine in it when friends who have chlorinated water have done that, so it must leave some behind).
