this may sound funny. im at the end of day 1 and im really cold...ive ruled out all the usual suspects...anyone else experienced this? i'm going to try and put more cayenne in the lemonade from now on and see how that works. also i dont have a headache but my eyes are alittle unfocused/blurry, but other than this i feel great already. my energy has already increased just from 1 day...anyone know if its ok to take 3mg of melatonin before bed to keep my sleep schedule on track.
