No, Tracey, I've never heard about miso being not the best for people with candida. I'll definitely look into that. So far, so good, as far as candida is concerned. I think I had it under control before I started this cleanse, but time will tell as I get back into solid foods I suppose. I've been taking a lot of this super powerful probiotic called L. Salivarius, which is supposed to be helpful in that area.
