I will be coming off the Master-Cleanse on Sunday. The Master-Cleanse directions say to drink orange juice for the next 2 days after the last day of Lemonaid. Does anyone know why orange juice? I am diabetic and the idea of drinking orange juice does not sit well with me. Can I do another kind of juice. I have a juicer so that is not a problem. Does orange juice help with the stomach to adjust to solid food???? Thanks
