I will go tomorrow & get those since I am starting on Monday :) Do you just start off with one shake a day & increase it or something? Is this a dash to the washroom thing like the salt cure or flush, or am I safe to drive to work (25 min drive) with this in me? hahaha, you never know & I think it is good to know these things first (there are no rest stops on my way to work! LOL!) I guess I could be more ladylike & ask how long it takes to go through your system? lol...

I have never heard of Stevia before, I have heard of Bentonite briefly before & I have taken psyllium before. Do I find these ingredients at a health food store?

I am more excited this time than any to do this :o) You guys are all so great & encouraging too :o)
