I have been doing the B&P shakes for about 10 days now and getting tons of "stuff" out several times a day!

Yesterday and today I had several people comment about the dark rings under my eyes. Could this be a mineral deficency bought on by B&P? It seemed to just develop overnight. I have decided to suspend them until I figure out what's going on.
