Lilly - I started the Master-Cleanse this morning. U just got through making dinner for the family and I about caved. I told myself that I didn't really need to do this, that I could fix my problems some other way. I decided to come to this site again and read before I decided to partake of food! It smells so good! Reading the posts listed here has given me the courage to keep going. I tried to do a Bowel Cleanse but cannot handle the bulking agents so I decided to try this instead. I know my intestines and liver need to be cleansed and I thought I would end this fast with a liver flush. I know the only way I'm going to get thru this is to stayed glued to this site! Hopefully, we can all help each other. I wish dinner would stop smelling so good!!
