I am starting the Master-Cleanse tomorrow for a number of reasons: weight, to try and stabalize Sugar cravings and as a mental exercise. I am a bit nervous because I work in a restaurant office and I can smell the food throughout the day as they cook downstairs... Ah well... to help with the mental prep I scoured my house, particularly the kitchen and bathroom as a way to get my external world to encourage my internal world...whatever works, right? Anyway, I would like to join you new folks as cleanse buddies if I may.
