Hi Lilli,

I just started the fast today and already have a problem with willpower. I was doing really well until about an hour ago- I ate some brown rice in hopes that it would help alleviate my headache. What I should have done is get on this site to find an alternative.

I would like to be your fasting buddy since one of my reasons for fasting is to begin exercising the power of my will.

Tomorrow is another day so I just going to try harder.
