Hi there...I'm sure 3 days would staaaarrt to do something. But it's almost like you get over this 3/4 day hump and you're into the good stuff.

Many people jump right in, including me! Never fasted before and went from eating to not eating...it was great!

It will do you some good, I'm sure...
