I should say it DOES! I'm Day 20 on the Ultimate Fast and this
is absolutely amazing. The Master Cleanse and the Bowel Cleanse are absolutely fantastic. I think I'm elimating YEARS of crud, and still going. But this is my second fast ... first was couple of months ago, water and some juice fasting, no MC. Have tried everything before, nothing ever has worked this well.

Myself ... closer to 400 lbs and I've had severe, degenerative Arthritis for over 5 yrs, and also fibromyalgia. I live on very heavy duty pain medication, and can't get around without either a walker or electric chair. But, this is ALL changing!

I encourage everyone to do what you can while you can still walk. You don't know how hard it is to get healthy and lose weight after you lose your mobility. Mine is the result and aftermath of a hospital visit where nearly died, but miraculously lived. Never count on doing tomorrow what you CAN do today, because you never know what might happen suddenly which can totally incapacitate you.
