I think my heart rate is too high. I don't know my "resting" rate, if that can only be done first thing before rising. But throughout the day, even when I am not working or doing anything physically active, my HR is typically around 95-100. But I have low blood pressure. It is typically 100/65, round about that. I have heard that it is bad to have lower BP with higher HR. Anyone know if there's anything to that?
Anyway, I am hoping someone can tell me what is normal. And how to lower my HR. I am 30 yrs old and 5'5", small build, 140 pounds, my BMI is 23, and BF% is about 30%.
So, can anyone help me figure out my target rate and explain to me exactly how to lower my heart rate? Please?
Thank you!
