The weights I stated were in Kilograms and comfortable training weights so they definitely are not "girlys" weights, lol.


So in pounds that would be bench = 245, deadlift 300+, squat 260, curl and press 130. And if I were training lower reps they would go up quite considerably. Oh and 19 stone(14 lb = 1 stone) is about 265lb.

The thing is if I give my body plenty of rest maybe even more than 9 (10 - 14)days and eat right etc then I have always been stronger by maybe even a few more reps but it p**ses me off because I can never accommodate it to a weekly schedule.

P.S- I think the weights I lift are quite good considering I hardly ever train and go out drinking all the time!(I have to drink because I own a pub thats full of lunatics and have to keep myself sane somehow!)
