So sorry about your little girl.
You obviously left her with him for a time so he was able to do it. You must know his parents.
Contact them, and make sure everyone is there when you meet them including the boy, and put it all out on the table, you have to do this while its hot.
Then you either press charges or not.
The boy was probably imitating something he saw on cable, or he himself as been abused, or just being stupid.
Take your daughter and hug her often, treat her like a princess, establish a bond, give your heart to her, be there for her and she will heal, and hopefully forget.
Get support, I mean family members to help you raise her, make sure she has a loving family supportive and healthy.
