You are obviously in great fear and so this persons article is affecting you adversely. I just want you to know that whatever you put your energy into you create. I suggest that you keep a positive attitude and also use your head to help prevent your being exposed to it. See yourself healthy so you can create that instead.
If Dr. Horowitz is as intelligent as others say then he will also understand that you are in fear and are acting out. Be at peace with the world my brother.
