You are right... there is no pharmeceutically discovered cure for SARS. But the BEST cure is prevention! Lillian outlined some very real and practical methods of prevention, and also having a high immune system can lead to a less serious problem, if infected. And there probably are some alternative treatments that will work on SARS, only no one has tried them out yet! Just because nothing has been proven, don't disparage ideas and creative thinking about what could work.
