well the ultimate goal was to be the transmutation of the sex drive or urge, I understand from your post that is no longer desired. What you need to do is reverse the energy flow so that the energy stays in the first and second chakras where it most likely has departed. This can be done with Chi-Gung for healing concentrating on the first two chakras and drawing the departed energy back down by logical process, you may need to do some research.
