In Keldar's book he CAUTIONS to not do the sixth rite unless you are celibate and remain that way! Otherwise, the book claims, it will do more harm than good. The author stated that most people chose not to practice the sixth rite because they did not want to become celibate. I have not tried it and don't intend to because I don't want to chose celibacy either, hee hee.
