Where are you getting the cramps? In the legs, arms, back, tummy?
It might help to stretch a little before the exercise. On a more holistic level, it could indicate that you're magnesium deficient, and some supplementation will help.
I actually find rite 4 the hardest at the moment, though I've noticed that the rites I find the most challenging change fairly frequently.
