Hi !

I do not mind the spinning so far (at least, I can manage with 3 turns ;), the trouble is more on rite #2. On day 1 it went perfectly fine, but since day 2 my stomach muscles have been quite sore (but it is bearable). THis morning did not appear that bad,I must be improving !

How long have you been practising?
