Hmmm...
For some reason, I just feel very obligated to do them every day- I feel like I've really cheated if I don't. The only times I haven't were once when I was very sick with the flu, and once when I was very hungover!
I just find myself really rushing through at the moment- I used to really take the time, and put great music on and have a real splurge doing them. I've just lost the enthusiasm for this!
