I don't think there's any way that these could be detrimental to the growth of children- they work on an energetic level, by balancing the chakras, and on a cellular level by balancing hormones and biochemical compounds, etc... I think they'[re only 'anti-aging' if there's enough age to be anti'd!
I think they'd be great for kids!
