I have been doing 21 repetitions of all the rites except for the last one all at one time for a while now...the last one was just too difficult for me to do all at once...I did 3 sets of 10, then 11, 12, 13, 14, 15...then I am doing 2 sets of 16, 17, and 18...tomorrow 19 then 20...and then 21...Then I should be able to drop to one set of 21 from then on...
