I recently had a busy weekend last week, and didn't do the exercises for 3 days...but now I am back in my routine...it was funny I went to a concert last week and was talking to a woman who was surprised that I was buying my second house, since I was around the same age as her...she guessed I was 28 or so...she was shocked to find out I was actually 42...made me think of the exercises...LOL
