I usually do the sixth Tibetan on and off...since I am not a monk and have sexual relations with my wife, I usually only do the sixth Tibetan after two days of abstinence...which happens at least once a month...LOL

And even then I don't do it consistently...If find it does help quell my desires during times when I am unfufilled...
