I've had intentions of starting the five rites for at least 6 months - however - being the queen of procrastination I've not yet made a habit of practicing them. I'm really excited to see this forum appear and can't wait to read other's experiences. Hopefully seeing how others improve their health with these excercises will give me the motivation!!
