i suggest that we STOP thinking that bombing that latest "rogue nation" is somehow going to solve all our problems. the reality is that both America and the Muslim world have thngs to learn from this conflict and the sooner the better. the current war always creates the wounds that cause the anger and resenment that causes the next war which in turn creates the next etc. war is an endless cycle that we have to break. we have to stop fanning the flames, and that starts one person at a time.

i know it sounds corny, but really change takes place one person at a time, and if you want the world to cahnge then you have to start inside yourself. create peace inside and then peace outside will happen. you can't control GWB or the syrian gov, but you can control what happens inside of you if you want.

anyway those are some thoughts. it very possible that the syria thing will blow up and the war will escalate, but THAT WILL SOLVE NOTHING.
