There is a wonderful technique you might want to try yourself
before spending years and thousands for psychotherapy. I can't tell you how much it's helped me and others I know.

It's called EFT, it's easy to do, or you can find others who can do it for you. It's infinitly qucker than any therapy you can find.

There is enough info on their website you can learn to do the technique yourself. Or find practitioners in your area.
