Why do the Iraqi's abuse the coalition?

Well, to instill FEAR of course. its a classic army thing.they all do it.
Soldier morale wins and loses wars i hear...

beheadings are done for effect, to show how awful it will be to get in the way of these guys. "Keep out!" is the message.
