I have the FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) Dome from HTE. It is the one about 26 inches
and it is very effective against Fibromyalgia. I went to
Dr Nathan Lipton in Dallas because I knew he used this one in
his office and is a distributor. He said simply, if you want more results, use it for longer periods of time. I have since become a distributor and learned alot about FIR. If it is not between 8-10 microns it moves into the micro wave range which is
not good for the human body. I have taken Dr Lipton's advice
and actually take this unit in the bed with me so I can use it
for much longer time. You can't do this with saunas.
